Anglian Lane, West Suffolk College
Following a 5000 litre oil spill, at West Suffolk College, School of Construction. We broke up and replaced 350m2 of contaminated reinforced concrete floor slab excavated and replaced 500 tonnes of contaminated sub-base and installed a high quality HDPE barrier membrane.
In addition we replaced all the contaminated perimeter brickwork in-situ adopting an underpinning method. On completion, adapting and re-commissioning existing mechanical and electrical equipment to the training facility.
