Training day on Scafell Pike for 3 peaks challenge

3 Peaks Challenge JULY 2009

We are heading off to Scotland on Thursday (July 9th) with a view of commencing the 3 peaks challenge 5pm Friday evening, starting with Ben Nevis (1344m), then Scafell Pike (878m) and finally Snowdon (1085m) - all in 24 hours!

A team of 8 walkers comprising of Austin & Shirley Cornish, Craig Jarvis from Ravenwood Hotel, Jonathan Kettle from Bury St Edmunds Osteopaths, Mark Nicol from MK1 personal training, Shirley's brother Mark Ashbridge, a friend Lloyd Richardson from Ely and a Vet from Yorkshire (Shirley's younger brother Charle's girlfriend) and 3 drivers Mike Bedford, Sarah Richardson and Charles Ashbridge.

We are aiming to raise as much money as we can for The St Nicholas Hospice in Bury St Edmunds and The NSPCC.

If you feel you could support us it would be much appreciated, we are aiming to raise £3000 between the two charities. We have raised much more than the Just Giving website on written sponsorship forms so don't be to alarmed as the figures are quite low!
